Capsticks Premises Seminar & Surgery Sessions
Tuesday 28 January 2020 at Hallmark Hotel
This is a morning event.
Times: 09:15 - 13:00
Humberside LMCs are pleased to offer a half-day Premises Seminar and Confidential Surgery Sessions event with Capsticks.
The Seminar Programme includes:
- Partnership Deeds/Declarations of Trust – including the importance of a deed, risks of being a partnership at will, accounting for partnership changes and the different ‘levels’ of partnership.
- GP Partnership and Property Disputes – including the procedure for renewal of leases, common issues that arise if you do not have a lease and how to avoid them, methods of dispute resolution (in relation to landlords and excess service charges) and tips for resolving disputes.
- Mergers and Acquisitions – including the differences between the two, the required processes and documentation for each and considerations that should be made with regards to premises when engaging in a merger or acquisition.
Delegates are also invited to book a confidential 10 minute surgery session with a representative from Capsticks following the seminar. This will allow individuals to discuss any specific premises-related issues they are facing or have concerns over. These sessions will be available on a first come, first served basis. Once you have made your online booking for the seminar, if you would like to book a surgery session, please email email@example.com. You will be asked to provide a brief summary of your issues in advance so that the facilitators can prepare accordingly.
Please note that lunch will not provided at this event, although refreshments will be provided.
As places on this event are limited, then please do not hesitate to reserve your space!
