We are delighted to announce that N3i will be delivering the Humberside LMCs Practice Manager Buddying Event on Tuesday, 30th November, at 9.30am to provide training on the Ardens package.

This training session is designed to give you a brief overview of what Ardens has to offer and how it can benefit GP Practices. Training will be provided by Danielle Robinson, IT Applications Support Officer. Danielle has over 18 years’ experience within the NHS in both secondary and primary care organisations. Danielle worked for 8 years within a GP Surgery before joining N3i, and can provide a unique insight into how technology can work for you with practical experience to support the training.

The aim will be to inform local Practice Managers of how technology can go hand in hand with patient- centred care and explore tools that can directly assist with reducing GP workload.

Tools which can assist with this are Ardens and Ardens Manager. These resources provide numerous features such as:

  • Clinical templates within your clinical system
  • Reporting features to manage LTC reviews
  • QOF
  • Covid Vaccines
  • Admin Templates to help streamline your own in-house processes and create a uniformed process for handling patient queries
  • Analysis of data to identify which areas need further work with regards to QOF

This is a great opportunity to explore Ardens, ask any questions you might already have and interact with local practices and share ideas and experiences. The session provides the opportunity to review a range of wellbeing resources and to share good practice and current challenges with your peers. There will be time after the second session to discuss any other topics you wish to raise.

Please note we will be unable to answer questions about purchasing Ardens or any additional features, but we will be able to signpost you in the right direction. We will also be able to provide details of where you can access additional training should you wish to delve further into the wonderful world of Ardens.

We hope you’ll be able to take the time to share your experiences to support one another and we look forward to seeing you.
