This is the first of six 75-minute bitesize Resilience and Wellbeing Webinars facilitated by two experienced Resilience and Wellbeing Coaches. You can choose to attend all six sessions or the ones that most appeal to you.
You matter. Self-care is a sign of strength. Looking after yourself means you will be able to support others better.
In this webinar, you will:

- learn 10 Top Tips for managing stress and anxiety
- build your own resilience
- improve your ability to manage complexity and uncertainty
- leave with clear actions to take you forward
Zoom details will be sent approximately 5 days before the session. Participants are asked to join the Zoom link at 12:45pm for a prompt 13:00pm start.
