The second of six 75-minute bitesize Resilience and Wellbeing Webinars facilitated by two experienced Resilience and Wellbeing Coaches.  You can choose to attend all six sessions or the ones that most appeal to you.

In these challenging times, it is essential that you are able to maintain a sense of perspective and do your very best thinking.

In this webinar, you will:

• explore how we can develop a greater sense of certainty in uncertain times
• release anxiety
• take some weight off your shoulders
• have more energy to focus on the things that are important
• leave with clear actions to take you forward

This webinar will be held virtually via Zoom.  So that you get the very best experience from this session please make sure that you have access to equipment (i.e., laptop, desktop, tablet or smart phone) with working camera and microphone and you are able to access an area where you will be undisturbed.

Zoom details will be sent approximately 5 days before the session.

Places are limited to 14 participants.  Participants are asked to join the Zoom link at 12:45pm for a prompt 13:00pm start.
