This is the third of six 75-minute bitesize Resilience and Wellbeing Webinars facilitated by two experienced Resilience and Wellbeing Coaches.  You can choose to attend all six sessions or the ones that most appeal to you.

We are all having to adapt and do things differently in these challenging times. As well as working with multiple challenges yourself, you are also having to support those around you. Resilience is about everyone being able to bounce back and keep moving forward.

In this webinar, you will:

• explore our innate human needs
• understand what it takes to be resilient
• work with a simple tool that you can use with your team
• leave with clear actions to take you forward

This webinar will be held virtually via Zoom.  So that you get the very best experience from this session please make sure that you have access to equipment (i.e., laptop, desktop, tablet or smart phone) with working camera and microphone and you are able to access an area where you will be undisturbed.

Zoom details will be sent approximately 5 days before the session.

Places are limited to 14 participants.  Participants are asked to join the Zoom link at 12:45pm for a prompt 13:00pm start.
