Front of House Support Programme
The role of frontline reception staff across primary care is becoming increasingly challenging due to both demand for advice and appointments and rising reports of verbal and physical abuse towards staff. We are offering two FREE programmes of support specifically for front of house staff to help with personal resilience and wellbeing and improve personal safety.
1. Facilitated Peer Support Network
In this workshop highly experienced coaches will facilitate an interactive forum for a group of up to 10 frontline reception staff using evidence-based approaches, tools, and techniques to support them, including a ‘Resilience and Wellbeing’ toolkit. During the session participants can expect to gain an increased sense of connection with colleagues having shared experiences in a safe space, gain ideas, strategies, and practical skills to strengthen resilience, achieve an increased sense of wellbeing, and engage with effective coping strategies for managing difficult conversations and heavy workloads.
Virtual event date and time: Wednesday 9th February 2022, 13:45 pm – 16:30 pm
