CMI Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring Programme
Hull CCG have commissioned a CMI Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring qualification and have opened the opportunity up across Humber, Coast and Vale for a cohort of colleagues to undertake the training and achieve this qualification.
There is an expectation that upon successful completion of the qualification, individuals would join the Humber, Coast and Vale coaching network and coach across the system.
For details and how to apply see the outline of the programme and application form which needs to be completed in full (including the personal details information to be submitted via this link) no later than 12 noon on Monday 31st January 2021. A panel will determine which applicants are successful and all applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by 4th February 2022. Applicants will need to commit to attending 4 full day (9:00-16:30) virtual training dates on 9th, 16th 23rd & 28th March 2022. During the training they will be supported with the theory to complete their assignment based tasks and equipped to complete 12 hours of practical coaching experience.
Humber, Coast and Vale Trauma Recovery and Burnout Workshop Series
Humber, Coast and Vale Health and Care Partnership (Integrated Care System) is delivering numerous trauma-focused wellbeing workshops, designed to support staff exposed to trauma or burnout at work or in their home lives, whether or not this has happened during the Covid-19 pandemic. The workshops are led by professionals in the trauma field and focus on practical and experiential tools that staff can use as part of their mental health recovery journey. It is free to attend these workshops for health, care and voluntary sector staff. You do not need a diagnosis to attend and can come to as many as you would like to come to. Workshops may also give you new tools and ideas to use with patients and service users.

Are you ready to return to work?
Join the ‘Resilient Practice’ team for 3 Health Education England interactive workshops designed to equip you with all the tools you need to return to work with confidence, enhanced skills, and a resilient mindset.
They will show you how to:
• Measure your current resilience
• Take a deep dive into the psychology that supports improved mental wellbeing
• Master the core skills required for resilience
• Develop a bespoke toolkit to foster wellbeing and resilience for the rest of your career.
Delegates will gain a deep understanding of the key aspects of psychology that build resilience and learn how to apply them in clinical practice. They will also have the opportunity to reflect on and evaluate the effects of putting this into practice using the Resilient Practice workbook
Delegates will master the core skills of self-observation, communication, breathing, visualisation, meditation, and mindfulness. They will also have the opportunity to reflect and evaluate the effect practising these new skills as part of their wellbeing routine.
Delegates will experience a wide range of practical accessible resilience tools and techniques. They will have the opportunity to measure their individual resilience needs using the 'Resilient Practice Gap Analysis Tool' to which the tools are clearly mapped. Delegates will then create their own Resilience Toolkit.

Humber Coast and Vale Wellbeing Support for Desk Based Colleagues: Various Dates November 2021 - January 2022
Following the success of their first programme of support for desk based colleagues, HCV partnership are launching the next programme of webinars and movement sessions, beginning in November. They continue to work in partnership with HÄLSA Wellbeing to offer a programme of support to promote wellbeing through these winter months and into the new year. Sessions include chair yoga or relaxation movement, and learn about the benefits of digital detox and winter nutrition and hydration. HCV Menopause Training
As a partnership, Humber, Coast and Vale has an ambition to become accredited as menopause friendly and to start our work towards we are offering menopause training to all staff as well as sessions specifically for line managers. The training is available to all staff in all organisations across Humber, Coast and Vale so please do share this offer and the attached flyers with your colleagues, teams and networks.
